I am convinced of the technical, commercial and social benefits of the technology, which the company has patented. The products from the process have a potential for further value addition, and would be of interest to diverse industries such as paper, cellulosic fibre, ethanol, specialty chemicals, bio-materials, pharmaceutical, etc. It thus appears to me that the technology has the potential to change the perception of agricultural waste, and its utilisation. It is sincerely hoped that Lignopura will be successful in tying up with an Industrial partner to develop this technology to commercial scale for its full exploitation.

I felt overwhelmed by the zeal of the team to develop this technology with their own financial resources for pilot demonstration. The technology has the potential to change the perception of many industrialists towards agriculture waste.
Biggest advantage of this technology is separation of all components in pure form such as Cellulose, Sulfur free lignin and Hemicellulose liquor which has a lot of potential end applications.
